Shipping & Returns

We have currently a setup shipping service to these countries
within Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom.
the rest of the world: Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, United States.

All other countries not in the list please email sales@4lights.lt for a shipping quote.
All orders are subject to a maximum weight of 30kg. If your order is over 30kg please email us for a freight shipment quote. Or split your order in to smaller orders.
All orders up to 2kg are shipped with postal service and might take longer to arrive (a tracking number is always provided to monitor the movement).

We charge shipments based on weight and destination area as follows:

Local: Lithuania
EU1: Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Latvia, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia.
EU2: Austria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Slovenia, Sweden, United Kingdom (UK).
EU3: Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Spain.
WW: Australia, Canada, China, Cyprus, Hong Kong, Iceland, Japan, Liechtenstein, Malta, Mexico, Norway, New Zealand, Switzerland, United States, Ukraine.

All returns must have a returns form enclosed, failing to do so will prolong processing of the return. Returns form can be found here
